Blind Signature

Created by David Chaum in the 1980s, this a signature on a message the signer can’t see, so the signer can’t later link the signature to the person who requested it. Ecash systems like Fedimint, Cashu, and PeerBadge use blind signatures to issue tokens that the issuer can’t trace.
